Move over chia! There’s a new seed in town.

Zen Basil is 1st to market with the most nutritious edible organic basil seeds. They are introducing the health benefits of basil seeds to the health and wellness industry.

For thousands of years, this superfood has been revered for its health-promoting properties by natural and ayurvedic healers. Basil seeds look like chia, but in a gram to gram comparison with chia, Zen Basil seeds have nearly 2X the fiber, calcium, potassium, and iron. Plus, they are packed with antioxidants as well as anti-inflammatories properties.

Zen Basil is a women-owned business created by Shakira Niazi and son to bring this beloved superfood from far east to the west. At Zen Basil, they believe the health of our humanity is connected as one, and we must be mindful of the world we share.
