Naturally Bay Area’s Leadership Networking Forums are a great way to make new connections with professionals in your particular field. Engage with your peers during quarterly meetings that will cover trending topics and issues relevant to your role. Propel your career forward by building your network, connecting with other leaders who face similar goals and obstacles, and learning new ways to overcome the challenges you face in your role.
HOW IT WORKS
Groups are organized by roles: CEOs & Founders, Marketing & Sales, Finance & Accounting, QA & Operations, and Human Resources.
Each Forum meets quarterly with meeting topics relevant to the group. Thought leaders on the topic will be invited to share a brief presentation followed by open discussion and networking.
Naturally Bay Area has two active groups: CEOs & Founders Forum and the Sales & Marketing Forum. If you are interested in a group that is not currently active, please sign up, we’ll let you know about events hosted by our sister chapter, Naturally North Bay.
This program is open to paid members of Naturally Bay Area. The CEO & Founders Forum is strickly limited to those operating CPG Companies. Please sign up for the group best aligned with your role.

Leadership Networking Forums FAQ’s
How will I find out about dates, times, topics, and guest speakers for upcoming meetings?
Our team will reach out by email, to invite you to any scheduled events and send announcements. Discussion topics, as well as special guests, will both be shared ahead of time.
Is there a cost to participate?
You will not have to pay any additional fees to attend, this is included in your annual Naturally Bay Area membership fees.
What is the structure of the forum meetings and how long will they go for?
Leadership Networking Forum meetings generally include a guest who will speak for about 15 minutes on the topic of discussion relevant to the group’s focus area. After the presentation, the meeting will open up to networking, where everyone can meet with the understanding that they are all in the same field and share similar problems and solutions. Most meetings will last about an hour and a half.
Can multiple people from my business participate?
Yes, as long as each person is a paid member of Naturally Bay Area. Register here for individual or Company Membership.
Do I have to be a member of Naturally Bay Area to apply?
Yes, you need to be a member of Naturally Bay Area. All in-person meetings will be located in the Bay Area.
How many people will be in each group?
We are estimating around 15 – 30 people per group. Our hope is to keep groups small enough for everyone to have a voice, but large enough to offer a wide variety of perspectives.
How to sign up as a Corporate Sponsor, volunteer as a special guest, be a group facilitator, propose a new topic/case, or offer a venue available to host?
