In 2011, he first began selling their homemade salsas and chips at farmers markets which lead eventually into placement at the local Whole Foods Markets. Presently, Sabor Mexicano’s products are sold nationally in an impressive list of grocers nationwide. Taking pride in each ingredient of every recipe, Eric has been there every step of the way dedicated to offering the highest quality and most authentic flavors in every product developed and sold. Eric applies his comprehensive knowledge, attention to detail and deep connection to the Sabor Mexicano mission to make farm-to-table foods accessible to communities all over the world, to every partnership and relationship he helps to build on behalf of the brand.
